A workshop to honor the memory of Eric Jensen

On Saturday, October 26, following the Synchrotron Radiation Center’s annual users’ meeting on October 25, a workshop will be held in at the Physical Sciences Laboratory. The theme will be the electron-phonon interaction, which now can be studied by high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission. An important contribution to this was the 1995 paper by B. A. McDougall, T. Balasubramanian, and E. Jensen (Phys. Rev. B51, 13891 (1995)). Unfortunately Eric Jensen was killed in an accident. This workshop will be in his memory.
