Abstracts

The 2003 SRC Users’ Meeting will be held Saturday, October 25 in the PSL conference room. Please prepare abstracts of your work at SRC in the past year. These abstracts serve several purposes:

• They are posted on the website prior to the meeting. You or another user may see something of interest and the author may then be contacted directly.

• They will be used as a basis for selecting some work for oral presentation at the Users’ Meeting.

• They will be of some help in preparing the proposal to NSF for renewal of the SRC operating contract.

Prepare each abstract (there is no limit on the number per author) in Word using the following format: 12 point Times Roman font, one inch page margins, center and bold the title in 14 point Times Roman font, double space, authors/institutions to be 12 point and italicized with the author who would present the talk, if selected, underlined. Triple space before the abstract. Please send it as an email attachment to playton@src.wisc.edu

Posters

Posters will be displayed in the SRC vault. The poster boards are 48" high and 36" wide. Push pins to attach the posters onto the boards will be provided. The use of glue or thumb tacks is not permitted. However, you may attach your poster with "Velcro''. The title of a poster should be at least 30mm (2.2") high and should include the names of authors and their affiliation.

The SRC will print your poster if it is sent as an electronic file to cmoore@src.wisc.edu at least 1 week in advance.

You must be present at the meeting in order to have a poster displayed.
