Poster Session Posters will be displayed in the SRC vault on Saturday, October 16, starting at 1:00 PM. The poster boards are 47" by 35". Please indicate if you will be bringing a poster in "potrait" or "landscape". Push pins to attach the posters onto the boards will be provided. The use of glue or thumb tacks is not permitted. However, you may attach your poster with "Velcro''. The title of a poster should be at least 30mm (2.2") high and should include the names of authors and their affiliation. No abstracts are required. The SRC will print your poster if it is sent as an electronic file to cmoore@src.wisc.edu by October 8th. If you are unable to be present at the poster session, please designate a representative.
Best Poster Competition As in previous years, SRC is offering an award for the best poster. Posters are evaluated by a ballot system during the Saturday afternoon poster session and the award is given at the end of the meeting on Saturday. Students are encouraged to submit a poster for consideration. |
