Author Guidelines

Abstracts All participants are encouraged to submit abstracts for inclusion in the book of abstracts which will be distributed to registered participants at the Users' Meeting. Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged if an e-mail address is provided. Authors are requested to follow carefully the instructions as outlined in the "Sample Abstract" (PDF* file). Editable abstract templates are provided in word '97 file format or LaTeX 2.09 format (consisting of "sample.tex" file, the "example.eps" file, and the "picins.sty" style file for including figures).ok Abstracts should be sent to Ralf Wehlitz by October 1st, 2001. Mailed abstracts will be accepted if received by the due
date, however, an electronic format is preferred. For mailing

Posters Posters will be displayed in the SRC vault. Beverages and snacks will be served during the poster session in the User prep area. The poster boards are 90 cm (36") high and 120 cm (48") wide. Push pins to attach the posters onto the boards will be provided. The use of glue or thumb tacks is not permitted. However, you may attach your poster with "Velcro''. The title of a poster should be at least 30mm (2.2") high and should include the names of authors and their affiliation.
